We are adding new swimmers to our swim group now. If you can swim freestyle but want structure and comaraderie in your workout, call Coach Nancy about joining our triathlon-specific adult swim group.

Coach Nancy earned her Youth/Junior Coaching Certification from USA Triathlon and is among the first coaches in the country to earn this certification to coach youth and juniors!

5th Annual Youth Triathlon--Save the date

August 5 will be the 5th annual Kids 4 Kids Triathlon at EP "Tom" Sawyer Park for ages 7-15. Check back for details.
